Co-founder

As a seasoned Higher Education professional with a robust background in researcher development, Katherine specialises in building capabilities for all actors in the research eco-system. Katherine offers innovative and sector leading training provision to enhance and amplify policy engagement, mobilising research and innovation towards tangible societal and economic benefits.

Dr Andrew Rowe

Co-founder

A highly skilled researcher and higher education professional with vast experience delivering award winning training, devising creative curricula and programmes, mentoring researchers and has a passion for wellbeing and mental health.   

With a background in social media research, Andrew has considerable expertise in developing communication-based webinars and workshops and his training consistently drives engagement, builds confidence, and results in real-world impact - from published articles to conference and poster awards.
